Download MP3 :: Believe it or not, and if you're reading this then probably you do, we check out more music than the world of electro bass (although a deliciously sweet world it is). That's what the focus of the DJ Mixes section at Vocode HQ is all about - we've yet to feature a mix on the progressive house end of the spectrum, but this fantastic late night club groover of a mix from the UK's Ben Clarke did the trick.

Recorded as a retrospective view of his recent sets at an SW4 Afterparty, this mix glides, bumps and keeps your head kopfnikken all the way through, from the opening chords to the closing drums. Reminiscent of the feel from Sasha's classic GU CD releases, this mix is more of that but with a tougher, updated modern sound courtesy of the depth (and taste) of Mr. Clarke's significant crates. I've been a fan for quite some time, but this particular mix resulted in my putting out an email immediately to ask if we could feature it on Vocode..yeah its that good.
